All works are for sale through Quiet Company, in limited edition. Each piece is a personal favorite to its maker, who chose the size and frame. This way, she/he can be proud of how the work is presented in this world.
'Bush (pink)' is part of a series of pictures about accidental, unimportant moments on nature walks.
By paying attention to this sight, cutting it apart from its surroundings and enlarging it, photographer Bert Bossaert allows these flowery branches to shine.
As an ode to slowness and serenity, 'Bush (pink)' is a perfect fit for the calm and airy kitchen area of the designer loft.
Photographer Hanne Lamon loves mountains -they keep coming back in her work- and the contrast between man and nature.
In this picture, theyfind each other in a perfect mythological scene, where time does not exist.
'Bridalveil fall' adds mystique and romance to the loft's sleeping area.
Jeroen De Wandel
An ordinary rocky slope, you think? Take a closer look: it is a collage of pieces that may seem real, but never happened.
Photographer Jeroen De Wandel constructs his images as memories: distorted, fragmented and faded by time. He used five photographs to assemble this work.
Fake news can be very beautiful... A conversation piece if I ever saw one.
After a life as an engineer in the city, Bibi’s mother bought a humble house in the Colombian mountains. She planted a mango tree and meticulously watched it grow during the last months of her life.
Years later, when Bibi visited the house, the tree had taken over. She looked at it, and took over from her mother.
"It’s a very powerful and colorful image. This tree will live longer than any of us on this planet: it’s touching.”
This work is available in two sizes, of which the one shown here, is the smallest.
Photographer Bibi Euse was drawn to this scene, in the middle of an isolated island in the Caribbean Sea, her favorite place in Colombia.
A walk through the islands banana plantations, filled with shades of green and blue, was an intense and calming experience.
"This beauty can be so absorbing, it can really get you in this mood. I had the capacity to express that on my picture."
Hung in the heart of this designer loft, you feel the scorching heat ratiate off of Bibi's pictures.
